Contract-to-Hire
A hybrid of temporary and direct hire, contract-to-hire is a way for our client to hire a full-time employee without needing to commit to a permanent offer from the start. During the right to hire period, the candidate is working for and being paid by MyraTech. After a pre-determined number of hours on the assignment, the client has the right to hire a candidate permanently without any conversion fees.
