Founded in 2016 with a vision to transform how technology services are delivered to the federal government, MyraTech Solutions has grown from a bold idea into a trusted mission partner for agencies across the United States.
MyraTech Solutions, LLC is an SBA-Certified 8(a), Women-Owned Small Business delivering agile, secure, and mission-aligned IT, engineering, logistics, and professional services to federal agencies. We were founded on a simple but powerful belief: that government technology services could be delivered differently — with more accountability, more precision, and more genuine care for mission outcomes.
Our motto — "People, not just Resources" — reflects our foundational conviction that the individuals delivering services are not interchangeable commodities. They are professionals whose expertise, character, and dedication directly determine mission success. We recruit, develop, and retain exceptional people — and then stand behind their work.
From a startup with a vision to a certified federal contractor with prime contract awards from USACE — MyraTech's story is one of disciplined growth, earned trust, and relentless commitment to excellence.
Yashica Bhasin Anand is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of MyraTech Solutions, LLC. An engineer by training and a technology executive by experience, Yashica brings more than two decades of expertise in federal IT, program management, enterprise technology, and mission support services.
Her technical background spans software development, systems integration, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT architecture — giving her a practitioner's understanding of the complex environments federal agencies operate in. But it is her leadership philosophy — rooted in accountability, integrity, and a deep respect for the mission — that has defined MyraTech's culture since its founding in 2016.
Yashica founded MyraTech with a clear thesis: that the federal government deserved a different kind of contractor. One that was small enough to be responsive but experienced enough to be trusted. One that treated every contract as a mission — not a transaction. One where the CEO was not a distant figure but an engaged, accountable partner on every engagement.
Under her leadership, MyraTech has grown from a startup to an SBA-certified 8(a) WOSB with prime contract awards from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, active GSA and NASA SEWP VI vehicles, and a growing portfolio of federal customers across civilian and defense agencies.
"People, not just Resources. That is more than our motto — it is the standard we hold ourselves to on every contract, every day."
— Yashica Bhasin Anand, CEO & Founder

Our values are not aspirational statements on a wall. They are the operating principles that govern how we hire, how we deliver, and how we measure success on every contract.
We deliver at the highest standard — not because it is required, but because it is who we are. Every deliverable, every interaction, every contract reflects our commitment to quality.
We maximize the return on every government dollar invested in MyraTech. Our small business structure enables us to deliver enterprise-quality results at a cost basis that large contractors simply cannot match.
Federal requirements change. Missions evolve. MyraTech adapts. Our size and structure allow us to pivot rapidly when agency needs shift — without the bureaucratic inertia that burdens larger organizations.
Our personnel are not headcount — they are the mission. We invest in the careers, well-being, and development of every MyraTech team member, because we know that the quality of our people is the quality of our delivery.
